Smetana is a fermented milk product that takes pride of place among dairy products. It is made from normalized pasteurized cream fermented with pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria.

It is distinguished from other fermented dairy products by its high fat content, which provides nutritional value. Sour cream contains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, β-carotene, minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and a significant amount of amino acids.

It is one of the most nutritious dairy foods. Sour cream is thick and has a characteristic sour flavor (due to lactic acid bacteria).

The uniqueness of the product is the exclusion of artificial additives, the use of environmentally friendly milk, which gives an unsurpassed elite taste.
