Raisa Mikhailova: supporting women entrepreneurs and business development in Ukraine
Raissa Mikhailova, CEO of Favor LLC, had the honor of speaking at a training session as part of a four-day seminar entitled “Start Your Own Business,” organized by SILab Ukraine with the support of its founder, Anna Gulevska-Chernysh.
The event brought together women from the Sumy region who want to realize their potential in business, start their own business, and gain new knowledge from experienced entrepreneurs. At the invitation of the Women Entrepreneurs Committee of the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry, together with Alla Petrychenko, Raisa Mikhailova shared her success story — how she built a company from scratch, developed the national dairy brand AMA, and what challenges she overcame along the way.
